It’s time to get sculpted! This 45-minute cardio sculpt class uses light hand weights and your own body weight to strengthen your body and work your heart. Varied intervals of work/rest allow each participant to work at their own pace and tailor it to their own intensity.

Please note: Bring light hand weights and a yoga mat! These items are strongly encouraged to get the most out of this fitness class.
