SHOPPER SERVICES
The Management Office is located in Suite 43 (behind Red Robin) at The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (holiday hours may vary).
ELECTRONIC CHARGING STATION
There are electronic charging stations onsite to charge your mobile devices, tablets and other electronics. These free stations are located at The Patio presented by Allegiant, as well as inside the Gazebo at Town Square! (Please note, we do not have electric vehicle charging stations onsite).
DOG-FRIENDLY SHOPPING
We are a dog-friendly shopping center, which means you may bring your leashed, well-behaved dog to the common areas, as well as inside many stores. Click here for a full list of participating tenants.
FIREPITS
We have three firepits in the common areas, including a real wood burning firepit! We encourage all guests to relax and enjoy these firepits located at The Gazebo, The Patio, and near the Movie Theatre!
Fall and Winter Hours: 12PM – Close
Firepits are operational when temperatures drop below 55 degrees, weather permitting.
FREE UP-CLOSE PARKING
Forget parallel parking and meters! We offer free up-close parking to all of your favorite shops at restaurants when visiting the shopping center.
LOST & FOUND
Lost & Found items can be reported to the Management Office, or with a Security Officer. Please call (610) 791-9707 for more information.
POP-JET FOUNTAIN
The Pop-Jet Fountain is traditionally open for the spring and summer season and is located in Town Square presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network (near Starbucks).
Open daily 10am – 5pm (weather permitting).
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are open during Center Hours and are located in Town Square (behind Starbucks) and inside the restroom corridor (near L.L.Bean).
VENDING
Coca-Cola vending machines are available in Town Square (near Starbucks) and inside the restroom corridor (near L.L.Bean).
WI-FI
The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley offers Free Wi-Fi in the common areas along Main Street for all guests!
