Seasonal and Part Time Stylists

We are looking to fill both SEASONAL & PART TIME positions for weekends (at least 1 day - Saturday or Sunday) as well as some opening and closing shifts throughout the week.

THE ROLE

Stylist. As a Banana Republic stylist, you will help create aspirational and on trend looks that enhance the customer's emotional connection to the brand. Your goal is to grow the business by genuinely wanting to create an outstanding customer experience!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Connect and engage with customers to understand their styling needs

- Serve as a Brand storyteller to create experiences that drive sales and achieve store goals

- Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with our Words to Live By

- Assist in creating an inclusive environment for our customers and employees

- Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required
