The Supervisor plays an important role in driving sales for the organization.  Supervisors will meet personal selling goals and will coach and motivate associates to achieve their own goals as well as.  The Supervisor ensures customers have a consistent; quality experience while supporting management in meeting Company expectations and initiatives.  The Supervisor will ensure store standards.

• Lead and model the company's selling and customer service standards
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer service performance.

The Sales Associate role is very important to the success of the store environment.  This position ensures customers have a welcoming and quality experience in the store at all times.  Sales Associates are scheduled to flex schedule and hours are given based off the needs of the business in order to ensure the success of the store.  The Sales Associate will be held accountable to achieving personal and Company directed sales goals.  The individual also supports company and management initiatives\direction while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures as outlined in the organization.

• Part time key holder position
• 20 to 30 hours per week

• Report to the Store Manager and work closely with her to ensure sales goals, metrics and company standards are achieved and maintained.  
• Act as the “Manager on Duty” for assigned shifts including opening and closing procedures.
• Be a role model and demonstrate proper selling techniques to Sales Associates. 
• Create memorable shopping experience with every customer you serve.
• Gain product knowledge and become trained in the Pandora selling standards.
• Build and maintain a personal book of clients & build lifetime loyalty through customer outreach.
• Adhere to the guidelines and policies of the Store Manager and company. 

Ideal Candidate Experience:  

• 2+ years experience in a retail setting of fashion apparel or accessories.
• Excellent communication skills to listen to a customer’s needs, recommend appropriate merchandise and achieve assigned goals.
• Belief in excellent customer service and an understanding of the concept “lifetime value”.
• Polished personal presentation.
• Outstanding work ethic and sense of integrity.
• Have the ability to work a traditional retail schedule including days, nights & weekends.

Additional experience desired for Key Holder candidates:

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Assistant Manager or other supervisory position.
• Outgoing personality to create an environment of excitement and enjoyment in the store.
